I've been posting art on my profile for a week now and I can't seem to get any traction. Is it my artwork? I feel I'm improving recently so idk why I can't gain people to review my stuff.

I know I need to get better at creating illustrations and artwork but still.

I'm starting to practice doing sketches that aren't messy. my usual way of doing sketch work is to make a big pile of messy lines to figure out the pose and face feature. well, this is a way to do figure drawing the way you do line art. an artist of twitter who goes by Icynudepeople inspired me to pursue this new part of my artistic journey.

After the passing of Kentaro Miura I saw a digital artist doing a speed paint of Guts from Berserk and the sketch was CLEAN. They didn't need to sketch the head and pose and details they way I usually see artists like myself do. Of course, this is a poor example but its a start hehe. the poses are from models from Instagram.

And I also did the same thing with DingDongVG. I think i did a better job with this sketch because DD's character design is super simple so its a easy practice.
